As an employer, you will naturally want to avoid disputes with your work force and this is best achieved by ensuring that you have systems in place that comply with current legislation and more importantly adapt as things change. We can help with the preparation of Contracts of Employment as well as other policies and procedures required to ensure that you are protected as soon as you make an offer of employment.
Sometimes however, no matter how hard you try to avoid problems, things can go wrong and your initial handling of a situation can make all the difference to the outcome.
