Andrew Simpson LL.B - Associate Solicitor

Andrew studied Law at Northumbria University, graduating in 1998 and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000

Having started his career dealing with a broad range of casework including residential conveyancing, wills, trusts, probate and civil litigation, over the past few years he has concentrated on commercial work.

Andrew’s clients are not limited to the North East. He has worked on transactions involving a lease of a floor in the famous Gherkin building in central London; a management buyout of a major restaurant in the South East of England and a significant number of sales and purchases of garages, pubs, restaurants and SME’s.

Aside from his career as a Solicitor, Andrew is involved with a number of local charities and organisations, which has seen him evolve into a very successful auctioneer!

 Andrew joined Mortons in September 2011 as an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial department.
