CLAIRE TRUSCOTT LL.B - Associate Solicitor

Claire studied Law at Northumbria University, Newcastle graduating in 1999 and following completion of her training contract with a local firm, was admitted as a solicitor in August 2001.  Following her admission as a Solicitor, Claire continued to work locally advising in matters such as family law, civil litigation, personal injury and residential conveyancing, before ultimately choosing to specialise in family and matrimonial matters.

In March 2011, Claire joined the Family Team at Mortons as an Associate Solicitor and although she offers advice in relation to all family and matrimonial matters, Claire has a particular interest and expertise in the areas of matrimonial finance and residence and contact disputes.
