Giles McCourt LL.B

Giles graduated from Sunderland University in 2003  to being admitted as a Solicitor in 2006.

Giles joined Mortons as an Associate Solicitor in 2008 and has developed a thriving caseload incorporating, Commercial Conveyancing, Business and Employment Law, General Civil Litigation and Licensing matters. During his time with the firm, he has dealt with some noteworthy cases which have been reported in the local media.

Giles is an effective advocate and an accomplished public speaker and presents  short seminars for  those considering setting up in business.

Giles is a member of The Employment Lawyers Association and Guest Lecturer in Employment Law at Sunderland University.
