PHILIP A. DYER LL.B. - Non-Practising Consultant Solicitor
Philip graduated from Liverpool University in 1965 with an LL.B. in Law. Following a period as an articled clerk Philip was admitted as a Solicitor in 1968.
Following admission as a Solicitor Philip spent a period of time working for the Local Authority and joined Mortons in 1972 as an Assistant Solicitor.
Throughout his career, Philip undertook all manner of instructions, latterly choosing to specialise in Non-Contentious work for both private and business clients including Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Re-mortgages, Licensing, Sales and Purchases of Business and Leases, Wills and Probate, Services to Elderly or Infirm Clients, including Court of Protection Work.
In April 2004, Philip retired from the Partnership and his role as Senior Partner; he continued to Practise for a further 5 years as a Consultant Solicitor, before finally retiring from Practice in October 2009 after 37 years with Mortons.
